Based on the premise of  increasing value and eliminating waste Lean Construction principles have been incorporated into the practice of design and construction firms locally The application and benefits of Lean Construction vary between Owners , Architects and Contractors and different perspectives will provide an insight into the wider spectrum of Lean Construction practice.
