Mondays, 10/20–11/17, 7:15–9pm Suggested contribution: $48-60 registration + teacher dana This class will be based on 1) the classic teaching of the four wise efforts; 2) cultivating a relaxed and balanced relationship between effort and effortlessness, assertion and receptivity; 3) developing appropriate responses to various meditations.
