Dreaming the Bear Cave 

Join Cancer Ministry for this annual ritual as we enter into the winter bear cave to dream. This is a sacred space of dreaming, calling forth your vision, and journeying with the bear allies to uncover the spirit medicine you most need to emerge from this winter time in preparation to manifest your dreams. This ritual is open to all. Wear comfortable loose clothing (pajamas acceptable).

Suggestions to bring with you:

pillow and blanket
blindfold
water
journal
snack to share for grounding

Let us know about body limitations. There are steps into the building and
this ritual is done laying on the floor. Limited couch space is available.
