SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
- TITLE: $1,500 - 6 ENTRIES (to be used or donated to other non-profits at sponsor discretion) - Opening walking banner as 2019 Title Sponsor / 1st Staging Prominent VIP parade positioning / Company logo included on ALL promotional materials for 1 year / Social media highlight as sponsor / Multiple recognitions during the parade by emcee / LIVE stream recognition.
- SILVER: $500 - 3 ENTRIES (to be used or donated to other non-profits at sponsor discretion) - Prominent walking banner w/ logo / 2nd Staging Prominent VIP parade positioning / Company logo included on Chamber newsletter / website for one year. Opening verbal recognition at the start of the parade.
- BRONZE: $250 - 1 ENTRY (to be used or donated to other non-profits at sponsor discretion). Prominent walking banner w/ logo / Preferred Parade positioning of choice / Company logo included on Chamber newsletter during duration of Christmas Season. Opening verbal recognition at the start of the parade.
ENTRY FEE ONLY (non-sponsorship)
- Before 10/26/18: $35 (Chamber Members) / $85 (Non-Members)
- After 10/26/18: $50 (Chamber Members) / $100 (Non-Members)
- After 11/23/18: $65 (Chamber Members) / $115 (Non-Members)

RULES & REGULATIONS:
- Entries must pertain to the holiday theme and/or the theme "A Patriotic Christmas"
- Because this is an evening parade, lights are REQUIRED on all floats or pulled units.
- No Santa's. Only helpers allowed.
- No walking vendors along parade route.
- Entries with animals must provide their own clean up during the line up and along the parade route. For safety of the spectators, all animals must be accompanied by a walking chaperone.
- No alcohol or tobacco allowed.
- Banner and flashlights are required to precede float.
- At least 2 walkers are required beside each float.
- Please have at least 1 adult assigned to every 20 children. Children must be accompanied at all times.
- No bull whips permitted.
- Must be at least 16 years old to operate any motorized vehicle.
- For safety of children, candy or other items may not be thrown from any vehicle but should be handed out by people walking in the parade.
- Field will be available from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm for set up. All participants are required to be in position no later than 4:30 pm.
- The Mobile Chamber Help Desk will be set up behind the Old HJH Gym. Please see a volunteer upon arriving to get your designated location.
- Immediately following the parade, participants must have a representative at the judging stand for award presentations.
- Early registration deadline is FRIDAY, OCT. 26th. Late registration deadline is FRIDAY, NOV. 23rd. NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED 3 DAYS PRIOR TO PARADE.
- In the event of severe weather, the parade will be rescheduled for Saturday, December 9th.
