Create your own abstract work of art meditating on the Japanese concept of Ikigai

This is a guided intutive painting workshop. The layered abstract painting you create will be in response to the Japanese concept of Ikigai.  It's process art--You’ll enjoy freedom of expression without the need to perform or perfect- it’s intentional, calming, inquisitive, and fun.   Zero experience is necessary; all you need is openness to the creative process.
