15th Annual Golf  Tournament

Gary Yates Memorial

A Charity Golf Tournament FORE the Kids! Benefitting the San Mateo Police Activities League, 501(c)3 non-profit organization.

Registration Information:

All funds raised from this event will benefit the San Mateo Police Activities League programs and services.

Cost:

  • $175 per player
  • $700 per foursome
  • $40 for reception only

Registration fee includes:

  • 18 Holes of Golf with Shared Cart  (Scramble Format)
  • Pro Shop Gift Card

  • Hole-in-One Contest

  • Dinner and Awards Reception to follow the tournament - non-golfers welcome

  • 12:30 PM - Shotgun Start
  • Dinner, Auction and Awards to follow the tournament (non-golfers welcome)

BINGO Card Raffle: Win two nights at the Inn at Spanish Bay in an ocean view room and a round of golf for two at the Pebble Beach Golf Links. Sponsored by Recology San Mateo County.  Bingo Cards are $60 each.

 

Sponsorship opportunities:


  • Banner Sponsorship: $4,500. Foursome to play the day of the tournament with NFL Alumni player as a fifth (includes lunch, raffle tickets, mulligans, preferred starting hole, awards reception), your name displayed on one greens sign and two PAL fact signs, and your corporate banner to be displayed at the event. Recognition on website and press releases, feature in PAL newsletter to all donors. Opportuinty to give away logo company premiums or coupons, volunteer opportunity for staff at event.

 

  • Hole-in-one sponsor with NFL Alumni Player as 5th: $3,500. Foursome to play the day of the tournament with NFL Alumni player as a fifth (includes lunch, raffle tickets, mulligans, preferred starting hole, awards reception), your name displayed on one greens sign and two PAL fact signs, and your corporate banner to be displayed at the event.

  • Hole-in-one sponsor: $2,500. Foursome to play the day of the tournament (includes lunch, raffle tickets, mulligans, preferred starting hole, awards reception), your name displayed on one greens sign and two PAL fact signs, and your corporate banner to be displayed at the event.

  • Eagle sponsor: $1,500. Twosome to play the day of the tournament (includes lunch, raffle tickets, mulligans, preferred starting hole, awards reception), and your name displayed on one tee sign and one PAL fact sign.

  • Drinks hole or cart sponsor: $500. Your corporate banner or logo and your corporate merchandise displayed at a drinks hole or on a drinks cart.

  • Greens sponsor: $350. Your name and logo displayed on a deluxe sign at an individual green.

  • Tee sponsor: $200. Your name displayed on one tee sign.
