What? A full day of fun and connecting! Meditation, gentle yoga, a yummy lunch and lots of workshop activities! In family groupings and in small groups connect the ebbs & flows of your own menstrual cycle with the cycles of nature as we each create a Menstrual Moon Mandala. Submerged in the feminine energy of the day, strengthen your bonds with your daughter as you move through a series of activities that will build self-esteem and open lines of communication.
