Health Care Costs – What Can Employers Do?

As healthcare costs (especially prescription drugs) increase and the Affordable Care Act (ACA) continues to impact what strategies employers can utilize to help reduce costs or slow their growth rate, employers need to be as creative as ever.  Some health care cost reduction strategies are easy to implement, other strategies require advance planning and education to implement.  This session will review the “Top 11” strategies that employers are using to address healthcare costs.  The benchmarking data will demonstrate what employers of different sizes, industries and locations are currently doing, or planning to do in the future to ensure employee benefits sustainability.
