More than 20 years of experience working in the state and local tax field. 

Spent over eight years working for the Illinois Department of Revenue as the Deputy General Counsel. Also served one year term as Acting General Counsel

Prior to joining the Department of Revenue, Paul litigated state tax controversies in the Illinois Courts as an Assistant Illinois Attorney General.
