Workshop #1: What Pharmacy Issues Illinois Employers Face and How Best to Combat Them

Workshop #2: What You Think You Know About FCEs: Fact or Fiction
An explanation of the protocol for most FCEs and comparison of the
different types of tests available in the Chicagoland market. What

elements make a quality FCE, how to analyze the results, and when

improve understanding of the testing process.

Workshop #3:  What Should an Employer Do? How to Handle Employee Reported Injuries From Beginning to End
While most work accidents can be prevented, they will happen.  Do you and your leadership team know what to do beyond providing first aid?  This seminar will explain the principles for efficient handling of work-related injuries, including proper and prompt reporting and investigation and the handling of the injured employee during the rehabilitation process.  Employers will walk away with the outline of a plan for handling work accidents from beginning to end.
