Pro Se Litigant Seminar
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Maureen Tighe will explain how Central District of California is assisting pro se litigants. There will be a technology demonstration that can assist the pro se litigant in understanding the court process. Finally, there will be a panel discussion of suggestions to improve the process for counsel, the parties and the courts.
