2015-2016 Faith Formation Registration 

 

Registration for pre-K through Grade 8 is now open.
Please register early but no later than September 6 by clicking the button at the bottom of this screen. All registration will be done using this online form.

Classes begin September 13, 2015 at 10:45am

A few hints:

• The NAME on the first screen is the name of the PARENT who is filling out the registration form.

• You must click the button ADD STUDENT to register your child. Keep adding students until all your children are registered.

• The registration fee this year is $50 per child with a maximum of $100 per family. This website can't handle "maximum" fees. If you have more than two children the screen will keep increasing the fee by $50--ignore it. 

Other things for you to know:

• At this time we are unable to accept online payment. Checks can be sent to the parish faith formation office after registration is complete. If you are unable to pay the fee at this time, go ahead and register anyway. 
    
• A copy of the child’s baptismal certificate is required the first time a child
  registers for faith formation class. If we do not already have your child’s certificate on file we will be asking for it, even if your child is not preparing to receive a sacrament this year.
   
• Your family must be registered parishioners of St. Brendan. If you belong to another parish we must have written permission from your Pastor to attend faith formation classes here.
   
• Registration for sacramental preparation is separate from registration for faith formation. Information on registering for sacramental prep will be sent to families registered in faith formation or in St. Brendan School at a later date.
  

All regular communication with families (class schedules, campus map, class cancellations, where to go the first day etc.) will be done through email. That is why we need you to register today.
