69th PACD/SCC Joint Annual Conference
Registration for the Joint Annual Conference has begun! PACD continues to offer 100% online registration, which is both efficient and environmentally friendly. In addition, our new all-inclusive registration packages have streamlined the registration process and allows participants to register and pay for multiple people at once, rather than having to complete a separate registration for each person.

Van Wagner is an educator. In the classroom, he teaches Environmental Science at Lewisburg High School. Outside of the classroom he educates audiences with his music and programs on Pennsylvania History. His music has been featured on the History Channel, WVIA TV, as well as Country Music Television (CMT). He has released 20 original albums and published a book entitle "Coal Dust Rust and Saw Dust." His music and programs entertain and inspire audiences across the state. Visit his website to learn more!

Executive Council Items
These items will come before PACD Executive Council on July 28, 2016 during the 2016 PACD/SCC Joint Annual Conference. PACD asks each conservation district board to consider these proposals and ensure that the districts’s designated voting delegate comes to the meeting prepared to vote on these items.
