Tigard Farmers Market
Harvest Market and Bazaar 

Join us for the 3rd annual Harvest Market and Bazaar on November 14th from 10 AM to 4 PM. We will have food, crafts, produce, and more. This event helps bring together the community and get into the holiday spirit!

We have 8x8 spaces and 10x10 spaces. The space fees range from $30 to $4o. There is limited power available for $15 per booth. 

We get about 300 to 400 people come to the Harvest Market each year.

By applying for this event, you agree to the following.

The Undersign agrees to exercise the utmost care in the use of facilities/properties of the Tigard Farmers Market (TFM). Vendors also grees to indemnify and hold harmless the TFM, Tigard Chamber of Commerce, the City of Tigard and Tigard High School (The "Owners") from any and all claims, actions, judgments, losses, costs(including reasonable attorney fees) and damages whatsoever, including claims arising by reasons of accident, injury or death cused to person or property of any kind, arising out of, in connection with, or incident to, the TFM, except caused by sole negligence of the TFM. 

Should a vendor at any time conduct themselves in a way that is contrary to the market environment desired and/ or contrary to the current market rules, or in a way that is hazardous or offensive to the public or other vendors, TFM staff will request suchh conduct be ceased. Failure to cease conduct shall be cause to revoke this agreement and vendor permit. If a vendor fails to vacate upon request, the TFM is authorized to remove all property of vendor from the premises at the vendor's expense. TFM is relieved and discharged from any and all loss or damage caused by such removal. TThe TFM shall not be responsible for storage and safekeeping of property so removed.

The vendor understants that the premises used by the TFM Harvest Market and Bazaar is owned by Tigard High School and are used with the owner's permission. Permission to use the premises can be withdrawn at any time. The undersigned agrees not to hold TFM, City of Tigard, Tigard Chamber of Commerce, and Tigard High School, their officers, directores, employees or agents responsible for any loss or damage claimed by the vendor should such permission to use be withdrawn.
