2014 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Awareness Symposium

This activity is jointly provided by Medical Education Resources, the Central Indiana Vascular Access Affinity Group and The Renal Network.

Target Audience: This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of primary care physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, dialysis unit staff, and physicians in training involved in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease.

Program Objectives: The goal of the symposium is to further educate our participants on the best indicators for identification of CKD, the best time to refer, and why early referral to a Nephrologist is imperative
