Description of the Keynote:

Joins us for an interactive keynote where will will explore People-Focused Retention. We will discuss generational values focusing on Gen Y and Z and how that may imapct retention. We will share what we are currently doing for retention and brainstorm ways to improve retention. Dr. Sarah Andreas will also share a handful of ideas and suggestions that you can put into practice right now.

Sarah's Bio:

Sarah Andreas, MBA, Ph.D., is an American author, speaker, artist, and leadership development expert. Early in her career, Sarah was introduced to business leadership and became enthralled with how individuals become successful in business and how leadership plays a role in personal and professional succes. In 2019, she founded WiseWood, LLC to share her passion by guiding organziation in developing influential leaders. Sarah also serves as an Assistant Professor in Business Managament at Kent State Tuscarawas.

We are seeking door prizes for our raffle at the meeting! If you or your company can make a door prize donation, please contact Haylee Pica at Haylee.Pica@jfs.ohio.gov.

We are also seeking donations for our Health and Hygiene Drive for the Children's Network of Stark County. The Children's Network helps children and their families cope with exposure to violence, sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, and human trafficking. They are in need of the following items:

Toothpaste and toothbrushes for children and adults

Body wash/bar soap (Dove preferred)

Adult pajamas (small, medium, large, and extra large for males and females)

Shampoo and Conditioner for children and adults

Baby wash

Feminine Hygiene Products

Please consider bringing these donation items with you to the meeting and help a family in need this holiday season!
