LEGISLATIVE UPDATE

Please join us in March for our annual Legislative Update!   Once again Attorney Hans Nilges will bring us the latest information on FSLA, FMLA, and ADA issues among others. 

Hans A. Nilges has been an employment attorney for his entire career and has deep knowledge of various employment laws including the FLSA, FMLA, various state and federal employment discrimination laws, and non-compete and trade secret laws.  He is a trusted counselor to employers on such issues and a vigorous advocate for both employers and individuals when litigation is necessary.Hans is an experienced trial attorney, including acting as lead counsel in complex multi-state class action lawsuits.  He has been consistently recognized by his peers as an Ohio Super Lawyer-Rising Star in Labor and Employment law.
