"HR professionals are always seeking ways to create or supplement diversity initiatives. Though intentions may be good, many times these initiatives fall short of intended outcomes. In this session, HR professionals will be introduced to creative ways to solve their diversity initiative dilemmas by using community resources and collaborations that will be sustainable and increase employee engagement."
SCHRA is very excited to bring you a unique and important presentation for our March meeting. "Listening In" is a live play performed by six actresses portraying the roles of Women in History- that will show how their fight for women's rights, their sufferage, and their tenacity has impacted our world today, and shaped how we view diversity and inclusion.
