Intensive - 2022

I don't often offer a teaching on getting published, but after so many Studio writers asked for such a teaching (and knowing that many are ready to get published), I've pulled together a three evening intensive on the topic that will help you formulate your publishing plan.

Teaching will be with Jennifer Lauck, Becky Ellis, and Audrey Van Buskirk who, together, bring sixty plus years of experience in publishing.

From working with large houses and big name agents and editors, to publishing writing in journals, magazines, online and as part of contests, these women pull together all they know to help you make your plan and move toward your publishing vision. 

 Learn how to get your work placed in smaller venues, with the goal of gaining publication credits, how to start building out a targeted list of literary agents and your submission plan, and how to write a "golden-ticket" query letter that helps you stand out from the crowd.
