Effective Communication Skills Workshop 

Communication continues to be a core business function that you can never learn too much about. During this session we will learn about different communication style preferences, how to improve your message delivery to match their style and we’ll practice some skills. You’ll leave with ready to use techniques to improve communication any way you deliver it.

Ellen has a varied work background that includes accounting, human resources, instructional design and teaching high school and higher education courses. The opportunity to learn about anything new interests her. Taking a topic to be taught and developing that learning into an appropriate interactive method of teaching is her expertise. One of her favorite projects was the development of a finance board game with questions relevant to the company's finance and productivity needs.
