2015 WINGS Homeschool Activities Fair
Promotional Opportunities
On Friday, May 1st, from 10:00am - 2:00pm, WINGS and Homeschool Charlotte will be sponsoring the (somewhat) annual "WINGS Homeschool Activities Fair" at Discovery Place Education Studio in uptown. Our goal is to connect the homeschooling community in the greater Charlotte area with businesses and organizations that may have activities, events, and other opportunities to offer this growing population. For those who are unable to attend, this is still a fantastic opportunity to spread the word about your business or organization!
(Note: If you wish to have a vendor table, please click here for a different registration. If you are a homeschooler interested in attending the event, be sure to register here instead).
The fair will be open to the entire Charlotte area homeschool community, so this is a fantastic opportunity for homeschool-related businesses and organizations to showcase what they have to offer! In previous years, we have had over 100 families turn out and the response was very positive from both homeschoolers and the participants. With our new central location at the beautiful Discovery Place Education Studio right in the center of uptown, we anticipate an even larger crowd this year!
What types of businesses and organizations may promote themselves through brochures and prize donations? Any that have some type of opportunity geared to homeschoolers are welcome! Since space is not a concern as it is with vendor tables, we are not as particular about who participates in this manner. To help you target this segment, here are some examples of what homeschoolers will be looking for at our fair:

Rates for brochures are just $8 per business and all prize donations are tax deductable when donated to our 501c3 partner, Homeschool Charlotte (www.homeschoolcharlotte.org). We also have opportunities for promotion through advertising on our forum website (www.wingsgroup.org). Be sure to check that out on the registration form.
