Our February speaker is Jen Strobel, the Vice President of Human Resources for Flagger Force, an industry leader in temporary traffic control and construction work zone safety. She will be giving a presentation entitled:

Identifying the Roadblocks to Effective Leadership.

Jen Strobel has always had a passion for helping others and empowering them to be the best that they can be. Representing a woman-owned business in a male-dominated industry, Jen recognizes the historic challenges women still face in the workforce today. 

Throughout her career at Flagger Force, she has developed innovative programs to cultivate leaders, foster collaboration with others and provide opportunities for growth including the creation of a women's leadership group in 2016.

A recipient of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce Athena Award in 2018 (in addition to several other awards), a mom, and an active business and community volunteer, Jen takes pride not only in mentoring young women but also in teaching confidence-building skills so other women may have the opportunity to take a seat at the table.
