Understanding Yourself Weekend
Step Four 27 - 29 November, 2015 - Cratfield, Suffolk
We are excited about this new Step Four course in the Understanding Yourself series. We have taken some elements of Step Four and some from Step Five and combined them into this new Step Four. We will be pushing our insights into the temperaments even further so we can understand more clearly how to make the best possible use of all that we are. We will be looking at how our emotional stance makes it easier or harder for us to change.
How is it that our qualities come out as negatives when they get mixed with other ingredients within us? What are those 'other ingredients' and what can we do about them? How can we ensure that each of our 'ingredients' is up and running effectively? We will also look at how to deal with stubborn emotions.
An important part of this weekend will be looking at the power of our stance - and how to change it.
It is all very well feeling two things at the same time - but what do we do with what we feel? We will be exploring the value of accepting just how broad our emotional range is rather than condemning ourselves for mixed emotions.
