The American Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Diocese

is thrilled to be hosting the 

5th Annual Diocesan Young Women's Encounter!

The YWE is designed specifically for our young women, ages 12-18, to provide them an opportunity to spend time in fellowship with each other, have fun, and pray together.

We learn about our faith and to listen for God's call to each of us to use our unique gifts and abilites.

This year we will particularly be focusing on prayer, with the Mother of God as a model for all Orthodox Christians, and the verse,

Romans 12:12, "...rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation and continuing steadfastly in prayer..."

Page 3, 4 & 5 of this packet must be completed, signed and mailed in. (Directions are in the packet.)

We have a lot of fun and fellowship planned so we hope you will join us!

Space is limited and participants will reserve a spot based on the date of their completed registration form (online and mailed parts) and registration fee of $100, which can be paid during online registration via Paypal or mailed check. (Checks payable to "Young Women's Retreat.)

Parishes are encouraged to cover the registration fee for their young women. If your fee is coming from your parish, please let us know in the notes area of the online registration. Thank you!

*IMPORTANT IF YOU WISH TO REGISTER MORE THAN ONE CHILD*
There is a section in the registration where you can choose "Add" to register another child for the YWE 2018. This has been done so you do not need to use a separate email address for each participant. Please note that we will need a filled in Health & Medical form (page 3 of registration packet) for EACH participant. Thank you and we hope this helps you in the registration process!
