Appellate Brief Writing and Professionalism

Effective legal writing is a critical skill for all lawyers. This seminar will cover best practices in appellate brief writing and will also cover the professional “Do’s” and “Don’t’s” in Legal Writing with a discussion of recent cases/examples. The Ohio Supreme Court has approved this class for 1 hour of general live interactive CLE credit.
