Bookends in the Local Appellate Process

Judge Mays and 8th District Ct. attorneys will discuss Court operations, programs, trends, the Mediation and Conference Program, filing issues, motions to stay, assignment of counsel, rule compliance, appeal screening, writ review, and the en banc process. The Ohio Supreme Court has approved this class for 1.5 hours of live interactive CLE credit.
