Completion of BOTH steps is required for your camper to be registered to attend Camp.
Camp will not accept partial information for campers, they must have payment AND Registration Forms. Late fees will apply to you if online payment AND registration paperwork have not been received before the price increase goes into effect.

Print Camp Registration Packet by clicking the STEP 1 button above, fill them out, turn them in at the St Matthew Business Office, place them in any lock box marked "Camp Stuff", or put them in the night drop box on the wall outside the entrance to the Sanctuary/Church Office. Please do not turn in cash, online payments only.
