Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or before October 4, 2018 will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Refunds will not be offered after October 4, 2018. Substitutions can be made up to October 25, 2018. You may transfer your registration to a future conference at no additional charge, if done so by October 25, 2018. All cancellations, requests for transfer or requests to apply payment to future conferences must be sent in writing via e-mail, fax, or regular mail to the conference registrar. Telephone requests will not be honored. Please fax or email cancellations, if possible, and expect confirmation within two days. If necessary to cancel by USPS, please allow sufficient time for a response.

IACTP National Conference – 2018
Sunday, November 4

9:00 am - 4:00 pm Pre-Conference Workshop: Trainer Skill Enhancement
ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED. This workshop will focus on how to best motivate the adult learner. Learning styles will be re-visited, along with different presentation styles that will enhance the learning of all participants. Participants will be given the opportunity to develop methods for dealing with different types of situations that present themselves before, during and after training sessions. There will also be a focus on dealing with difficult participants and recommendations for addressing these type participants. This workshop is being offered as a bonus to IACTP members! The first 24 IACTP members that sign up will get to participate in the class. THERE IS NO EXTRA FEE.

Conference Rate: $109/night plus applicable taxes. Reservations MUST be made by October 12th to guarantee a room. Hotel may not have availability after that date.
