Integrate & Practice NVC 1 

You are warmly invited to join us for the fun and deepening of the NVC learning journey!

If you have taken a foundations course in NVC (16-20 hours) and would like to practice and integrate your learning in a supportive group, this is the class for you! It takes practice and support to change our habituated thinking and language!

This six-week series of online sessions will include teaching, presence practice, discussion, coached skills practice, and group sharing and connection. 

Using Zoom online video conferencing allows us to see each other and connect and interact fully. Recordings will be made available for your personal use, and in case you miss a session.

June 5 – Components practice

June 12 – Requests and attachments

June 19 – Opening the heart in Empathy

June 26 – Rooting in Self-Empathy

July 10 – Honestly Speaking

July 17 – Open topics by group requests – questions, challenges, skills for which you want support and practice.
