Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance-use issues. This Virtual Session includes 2-hour pre-work followed by a 6-hour live in Zoom session. Upon registration, you will be emailed pre-work login information and Zoom link from thenationalcouncil.org.
