CPI AM REFRESHER TRAINING SEPTEMBER 26, 2019, PINE ROOM, 9 TO 12PM 

The standard cover fee is $15.00 per participant to cover training materials. This fee will be billed to your employer upon completion of the CPI training. Please cancel within 24 hours if you are unable to attend the course for which you have registered. *LifeWays will bill if you do not cancel within 24 hours.

All registrations must include a first and last name of the individual particiating. Do not reserve spots if you do not have the name of the person attending. If this occurs the registration will be deleted.
