Volunteer Management Certification Program

This one-and-a-half-day workshop is designed to train Volunteer Managers on organizing, implementing, and maintaining an effective volunteer program for their organization. The curriculum is based on best practices used in the industry and is illustrated with real-life examples. Whether you are in the beginning steps of creating your volunteer program or a season volunteer manager...this workshop will help you create and maintain a solid infrastructure upon which to run your program. 

Participants will receive a resource guide, presentation slides, and a certificate of completion at the conclusion of training.
