Cancellation Policy
We rely on accurate attendance counts to make important arrangements for our workshops. If you need to cancel a workshop for any reason, the following refund schedule applies:
-One week or more prior to start date:
5% cancellation fee applies.
-Less than one week prior to start date:
No refund is available.
This includes those paying with a check. If you have registered for an event but cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please contact us for assistance.
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops based on attendance. In the case of a cancellation, you will be contacted promptly about a refund and other opportunities.
If a class is cancelled due to weather conditions, we reserve the right to change the presentation to a webinar and will notify participants as quickly as possible.

Performance Measures and Organizational Change Workshop
Workshop Details:
This workshop challenges participants to make the shift from performance measure data collection to performance management. The workshop will explain how performance measures can be used to engage in organizational learning and change. Participants will engage in scenarios to practice employee engagement, benchmarking, and advocacy for program needs.
Objectives:
- Distinguish between performance measure use for incremental program adjustments and fundamental redesign.
- Practice approaches to employee engagement in performance measure construction and implementation for organizational learning.
- Learn how to develop questions to identify and develop program or service benchmarks.
- Practice using performance data to discuss budgetary and programmatic needs.
