Uniform Act - Appraisal and Acquisition Requirements

This workshop covers the proper procedures and guidelines for conducting the appraisal process under the requirement of the Uniform Act and 49 CFR Part 24. It briefly discusses the appraiser’s and review appraiser’s roles in the project development process.
