Building an LGBT Network for Change

Nov 15 -  Medtronic, in partnership with Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, invites you to a collaborative forum to create a network for expanding workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender employees in the Twin Cities.

Our goal is to build a sustainable business network to make workplace equality a reality.  Join us creating and building a collaborative forum for employee resource groups to:

• Explore how companies can work together to make lasting change
• Inspire one another by sharing the great progress taking place at individual companies
• Meet an amazing network of people who can bring about real change
• Share your insights on how to create better workplace climates for LGBT people in the Twin Cities
  
• Hear case studies and best practices for effective networking for change from Out & Equal

Lunch will be served, and this free event requires registration.
