This event is open to all members and non-members along with their families and guests. The event is FREE to allAAAEA-Capital Area members and only $10 for their immediate adult family members and $5 for their kids. Non-members cost is $15 for adults/$10 for kids. Cost includes grilled food (halal included), pizza for the kids, and muchmore including games for everybody, and the chance to win one of the gifts through our raffle.

Sponsorship of this event is open until July 10, 2012 and available at three different levels. All levels entitle you tohave your name displayed on a large size board along with free tickets, regardless of membership status:

Bronze Level $100 Entitles you to 4 free adult tickets to the picnic

Gold Level $250 Entitles you to 10 free adult tickets to the picnic

Platinum Level $500 Entitles you to 25 free adult tickets to the picnic

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event for a full refund.No cancellation will be accepted after July 8, 2012
