North Country Behavioral Healthcare Network, in collaboration with the New York State Department of Health (DOH) Office of Rural Health and the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH), presents a one-day forum for front-line behavioral healthcare staff and the people they serve. This forum seeks to bring together a variety of professionals and individuals who utilize those services in order to illuminate the array of services available, and how they can connect and work together to provide a holistic approach.
