An experienced and award-nominated journalist, Sharon also writes about education trends and issues for mainstream consumer and trade publications. She volunteers as chair of Professional Independent Communicators, a special interest group of the Toronto chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. 

Margaret McCaffery is president of Canterbury Communications, a Toronto marketing/communications agency specializing in professional services firms. An award-winning consultant, she has advised over 20 law firms, from very large (350 partners) to very small (sole practices). She has built marketing departments in large firms and provided marketing strategy and services on an outsourced basis to small firms.

Steve Slaunwhite has been an award-winning copywriter, and copywriting teacher, since 1995. He is the author of many popular books including The Everything Guide To Writing Copy (Adams Media) and The Wealthy Freelancer (Penguin). Steve is also the founder and senior trainer at the Copywriting Training Center.
