October 4, 2016 Bavarian Dinner Cooking Class

What would Oktoberfest be without a traditional Bavarian dinner party?  Everyone 
is invited to celebrate in the traditional Bavarian manner with restaurant owner 
and cook, Hanna Gabrielsson. Of German Descent, having been born and rasied in Pozan, 

educated in Sweden, immigrated to Canada, Hanna has been serving traditional and

authentic Old Country foods at her Mesa restaurant, Beaver Choice, for years.  

Hanna's love of food and cooking has caused her to treasure and re-create the
