Romeo’s Euro Café has been a dining institution in Gilbert for about 25 years.  Owner Romeo Taus is one of those chefs who absolutely loves food and wine.  And as a food and wine lover, he loves to share his craft and experience with others and finds many ways to give back to the community.  If you read through the extensive menu at Romero's, you might be skeptical that every menu item could be crafted to perfection...you would change your mind at the first bite of whatever you happen to order.  He has a very creative mind and the talent to match his imagination.  We are ecstatic that he will be sharing his passion for food with us.
