Travel to Italy for a home-style country Italian dinner without leaving the comfort of the Hackett House patio.  Begin saving those Parmesan rinds so you too can make the flavorful broth that complements a single ravioli.  Discover the flavor that develops with braised beef, tomatoes and onions (hint:  leftovers can be used to augment a Bolognese sauce).  And finish your evening with Italy's Limoncello Berry Tiramisu.  Do all this while tasting wines that are selected to complement the foods of Italy.
