Roasted Tomato, Caramelized Onion and Stilton Crostini; Roasted Garlic and Cheddar Stuffed Pasta in Browned Butter and Mizithra; Orange Scented Meringue Crepes
Enjoy crostini fresh from the oven with a glass of wine. With the exception of the meringue, all of these recipes can be mostly made ahead of time so dinner or party time becomes a breeze. Last minute preparation consists of baking the crostini for 5 minutes; boiling water for your pasta, whipping the meringue to spoon into crepes and baking in a hot oven for 7 minutes. Can it get any better than this?
