Come and meet Chef Frank Belosic, Executive Chef for the Phoenician. Who doesn't remember the renowned Mary Elaine's, the former Phoenician's restaurant, and The District, an American Kitchen and Wine Bar? Chef Frank has earned a reputation for inventiveness, as well as a dedication to using fresh and local products. He was the Starwood's first Hot Chef in 2012, taking top honors in a special Iron Chef-style competition among North American executive chefs within the company.  His menu will reflect creativity direct from the farmer's market to us, his dinner party guests. In keeping with his dedication to freshness, Chef Frank will be creating the menu and purchasing the freshest ingredients just days before the Dinner Party.
