Minnesota LECET Safety Seminar
"Bringing your newer employees into your Safety Culture"
The seminar will review best practices of Union Contractors in orientating new employees into the companies' safety culture. In addition, a Laborers Training Center representative will review the importance of Safety Week, Orientation Class and General Construction in the new Apprentices first year of employment.
