Come enjoy the Home's very own version of Radical Hospitality!

Everyone in the South knows that church people know how to put out a good spread of food - and we're no different! Enjoy a complimentary breakfast before the ride and well-stocked rest stops all along the route. We'll wrap up your day with our very own "dinner on the grounds" after the ride. We'll be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs, have plenty of sides and a great dessert to top it off. You deserve it! After all, you've been riding all day!

We also invite you to make our Home your home away from home! We are offering FREE lodging the night before the ride in our dormitory style housing. We'll have everything you need from bed linens to ear plugs just in case someone decides to snore. Also, to save you from making the journey back home covered in sunscreen and road dust, we will have FREE showers with plenty of warm water to soak your muscles.

Who will you be supporting when you sign up for the Children's Home Challenge?

The Presbyterian Home for Children is an agent of God's love, called to transform the lives of children and families in need. All of the children who live at PHFC would be homeless if they were not in our program. We serve children who have been removed from the care of their parents due to extreme neglect and/or abuse. We also have a program for homeless children and their caregiver designed to help homeless families become stable and learn the skills necessary for independent living. For homeless young women we have a transitional program tailored specifically to help young women who do not have the support of a family transition into successful, independent adulthood. PHFC also houses Hope Academy, an on-site, fully accredited school designed to help address the educational needs of children who have been homeless. Hope Academy educators help students catch up to their grade level and then excel when their talents are embraced and encouraged in a specialized learning environment.

Miracles happen every day in the lives of the children at the Presbyterian Home for Children. When you ride in the Children's Home Challenge, YOU will be making those miracles possible!
