2014 Annual Club Dues Form

MEMBER LEVELS

Gold Sustaining Member-$150 ($100 of Gold Membership goes towards the scholarship fund and summer service students). Gold Members have the opportunity to purchase tickets to our club's allocated football game, free admission to member appreciation event, special recognition in printed materials at signature club events, and priority access to certain events, as well as all of the benefits of Basic Membership. 

Blue Sustaining Member-$100 ($50 of Blue Membership goes towards the scholarship fund and summer service students). Blue Members have the opportunity to purchase tickets to our club's allocated football game, free admission to member appreciation event, and recognition in printed materials at signature club events, as well as all of the benefits of Basic Membership.

Basic Annual Dues-$50  Membership for graduates, parents, subway alumni, and other Notre Dame friends. Members will receive newsletters, email updates, event invitations, members only pricing to certain events, and access to members only ticket exchange.

Dues for graduates within last five years (Reduced)-$25 Enjoy the same benefits as our Basic Members at a reduced cost. Invitations to young alumni activities and special pricing at certain events. 

Dues for current students, first year graduates, and members of the Clergy/Religious (waived). Sign up to be on our official club distribution list and to receive newsletters, emails, updates, and event invitations, access to members only ticket exchange.
