Forest Bathing at Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery

Join us as we come together to experience shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing. Forest Bathing is the practice of walking while in a meditative mode among trees. This event will be guided by Diane Clark, a practitioner for many years.
