On June 27 and 28, NJABR is hosting an event open to interested individuals in the biomedical research advocacy community.  We will be bringing together representatives from state and national advocacy and professional organizations involved with lab animal research, as well as representatives from research institutions.  The 2017 Biomedical Research Advocacy Summit will help us find common ground and come together on key issues. The goal of the event will be to improve on the work being completed on behalf of our collective members and the research community as a whole, as well as to explore new advocacy messages and methods.

NJABR is seeking sponsorship support from our lab animal research network to help offset the cost of the two-day event.  With sufficient support, we can offer the Summit at no cost to all attendees.  We believe strongly that the research community will benefit from improved collaboration, communication and identifying new ways in which we can advocate.
