Coastal Medical Adult COVID Vaccine (Moderna) Clinic - East Greenwich 6/25/2021

This clinic is using the Moderna vaccine and is open to ALL Coastal Medical Patients age 18 years and older. IMPORTANT: Each Coastal patient who would like to be vaccinated, requires a separate registration using a unique email address.
