Smoking Cessation Courses - 7 weeks November 29th - January 10th, 2017

This is a free 7 week course held Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm - 7:00pm in a support group setting. You will learn to understand your smoking habit, avoid and alter trigger situations, use alternative substitutes in place of cigarettes, set a smoking stop date and develop a cessation plan.
